Raising funds for mental health
Mental illness doesn’t discriminate – it affects 1 in 5 Australians every year with symptoms like depression and anxiety. The impact can be devastating, not only for those living with it, but for those around them.
On March 16th 2023 I'll be participating in the I'm Still Standing Sydney backyard ultra at Heffron Park, Maroubra, where competitors consecutively run a 6.71km course on the hour, every hour until there is only one person left standing.
I'll be running for as long as I possibly can, with all funds I raise going towards the great work of the Black Dog Institute in supporting crucial mental health research and providing support services that help Australians impacted by mental illness and suicide.
Any donations, no matter how big or small, would be greatly appreciated.
