Blake's Big Red Run
On August 3rd 2023, Blake Bourne is running 380km across the Simpson Desert, in an attempt to break the world record and raise funds for mental health research and suicide prevention. Blake's goal is to raise $38,000 - representing $100 for every km ran.
To assist in Blake's fundraising efforts and create much needed change around mental health, I am taking part in 'The Uncomfortable Challenge'. For the month of July I will be completing an uncomfortable challenge every week. Each challenge is self-set and designed to get me out of my comfort zone, build resilience and help take control of my mind.
My personal fundraising goal is to raise $380 and I would love for your support in achieving this goal.
