Mental illness affects 1 in 5 Australians every year, with the most common being depression and anxiety. Mental illness doesn’t discriminate. It affects people from all walks of life — individuals, families, workplaces and communities.
A Night in the Doghouse event brings together a number of young people studying to be or currently working in several at risk professions, including lawyers, artists, musicians, doctors, accountants and engineers.
We are using the platform of the event to raise donations for the Black Dog Institute, all donations above $2 are tax deductible.
