64 for Mental Health

Mental illness doesn’t discriminate—it affects 1 in 5 Australians every year. Depression, anxiety, and suicide are impacting more young men than ever, and it’s something I’ve seen far too close to home.

On August 23rd, I’m taking on my first ultra marathon—64km, aiming for under 6 hours.

This isn’t just about running. It’s about doing something that’s hard, visible, and meaningful—because too many blokes are struggling in silence.

I’m raising $5,000 for the Black Dog Institute to support mental health research and services that help people who are doing it tough.

I believe training, routine, and looking after your body can play a powerful role in improving mental health—but more importantly, I want to help create conversations that stop people from feeling like they have to handle it alone.

If you can, please donate and support the cause. Every bit helps.
