In memory of my dad

Men’s mental health is deeply important to me because I have experienced its impact personally. My dad lost his life as a result of his battle with mental health, and that loss has shaped the way I view the importance of emotional wellbeing and support. His experience showed me that mental health challenges can affect anyone and that suffering is not always visible to others. It has made me passionate about encouraging open conversations, reducing stigma, and ensuring that men feel able to seek help when they need it. I believe that raising awareness, promoting understanding, and providing access to support can make a real difference and help prevent other families and victims from experiencing the same kind of loss while keeping his memory alive.
