Help me make it meaningful
Raising awareness and money for mental health means a lot to me. I have been through my own mental health battle in the past and speaking up is the best thing I ever did we need to help get rid of the stigma that people and most predominantly men can't speak up. Suicide is a horrible thing that kills many Aussies every year we need this to end. By donating to me your not only helping me get through this challenge but you are helping thousands if Australians get through there own challenges. I have taken part in a few fund-raisers now in 2024 I ran a 21.1km run with The Health Project for suicide prevention and he raised just under 70,000 dollars and this year in January I ran a 30km with him and he raised a whopping 40,000 dollars that time. In November I will be doing something a little similar to Jed I will be running my own iron man 70.3 in bendigo this consist of a 1.9km swim, 90km bike ride and a 21.1km half marathon of running. This will take place on the 22nd of November it would mean the world if you could donate and get down to whatch or join in on parts❤️❤️❤️ #stayinthefight
