Help me make it meaningful
During the month of September 1st until the 30th I will be challenging myself to walk, jog and run 120 kilometres in total whilst raising suicide awareness and encourage those struggling and needing help to reach out!
Throughout this time i will be spamming my social media on information about suicide awareness as this has hit close family and friends of mine!
Help me create a meaningful moment for mental health as I work up a sweat, all for a great cause.
I have set a Goal of $2000 so any donations big or small will be going to a great cause, if i somehow manage to get my goal to or near $3000 i will offer a good mate of mine who lost his son and best mate to shave my head whats left of it anyway, something i am not comfortable to do but to raise money for a great cause i will do it.

Keep it up! i appreciate this movement very much and what your doing, at the end of february I lost my best friend of 14 years. Him only being 18 and me just turning 19 trying to figure life out, going through and experiencing others around me struggling with mental health and it leading to suicide is something I think is so common when it shouldn’t be. becoming numb to it all cause all throughout school getting emails on people who have sadly left us by suicide and rates only keep climbing. I wish you luck on your journey and thank you. I hope more people recognise and become aware and to remember there are people all around you to help.
