That’s why I’m getting active and raising funds for the Black Dog Institute - to support crucial mental health research and support services that help Australians impacted by mental illness and suicide.

Monday 11th AugHello everyone , I'm announcing that on the 25th of October I'm going to run from rye 2 the MCG. I completed this challenge back in Feb but this time I'm wanting to go bigger and get everyone involved. I've decided I'm going to do this for a cause bigger than myself and I'd love to get everyone involved .

Also on the day I'm planning to finish the last 15-10km around the city calling out for anyone to come run along, bring the energy and have fun. There is more information to come regarding course , times , locations ect but there is one thing I can confirm . 2-3pm Saturday October 25th estimated finish at MCG
