Running 100km for Mental Health

Help me make it meaningful

On the 17th of October, I’m taking on the Blackall 100 and running 100kms.

I’ve always loved challenging myself and seeing what I’m capable of but I also wanted this to mean something beyond crossing the finish line.

Mental illness has affected myself personally and people I love. I know first hand how deeply it can impact not only the person struggling but everyone around them too. Being outside and moving my body has helped me through some incredibly difficult times but I also know a run or hike isn’t a replacement for proper support.

That’s why I’m raising money for Black Dog. If you’re able to donate, I’d be so incredibly grateful. If not, sharing this page would mean just as much! Thank you 💛
