Help me make it meaningful
All of us know someone who is affected by mental illness at some point in their life. Myself and friends and family have all needed help at times and it's important that people know they can reach out when they need to.
Since I've decided to shave my head I thought why not use it as a chance for us to get together and laugh at my bald head while raising money for a good cause? If you aren't in a position to donate that's ok maybe just check in with a friend to see how they are feeling or remember to do some self care for yourself.
I'm also planning on trying to donate my hair to a wig making charity if my split ends aren't a deal breaker.
