Hey everyone, I've made this fundraiser to support mental health within Australia, with every dollar donated going straight towards the Black Dog Institute who provide mental health research and support services. I'm shaving all my hair off and going as bald as Dad.
The reason I wanted to do this was for my Mum. She has struggled with mental health for majority of her life, and I would never want anyone to go through that same type of struggle. But in reality, mental health is real and impacting a lot of us, with 1 in 5 Australians battling mental illnesses every year. And this does not even account for the family and friends affected as well.
That’s why I'm going to do what I can by raising funds for the Black Dog Institute.
Help me create a meaningful moment for mental health when I go for the chop, all for a great cause.
