Join me as I run 400kms this September
Tuesday 24th Aug I’m setting off on a mission to run 400kms during the month of September. This breaks down to 100kms a week, 14.3km a day. In running these kilometres I’m hoping to spread some awareness about ‘the black dog’ that is mental health, encourage people to get outside and enjoy what life has to offer through physical activity and spread some good energy! I appreciate any support given and I’m encouraging everyone to set a goal for September and get out there and smash it!Thank you to my Sponsors
