The Hard Road
On the 7th of August 2025, my brother and I will begin a multi-day run for mental health. Between 5-7 days from Armadale Hills to Albany.
Each night during the run, we’ll take time to read aloud amd share as many stories as we can — shared by people who’ve walked their own hard road with mental health. Some stories will be read by me, others by my brother. All of them will be carried with respect and heart.
If you have something to share, we’d be honoured to hear it.
We’d love to hear:
• What you’ve been through
• What you’ve learned
• Who helped you
• And what you wish others knew — whether they’re still struggling or trying to support someone who is.
This isn’t just about a run. The journey is about community, connection, and courage. It’s about reminding people they’re not alone — and that healing, though hard, is possible.
Every voice matters. Every step counts.
This run is for all of us. For those still fighting. For those who made it through. For those who just need to be heard.
Let’s walk — and run — this hard road together.
