Running my age for Mental Health

In August 2022 I turn 57. 

Nine Australians die every day by suicide. That’s more than double the road toll. 75% of those who take their own life are male. Over 65,000 Australians make a suicide attempt each year.

To acknowledge the wonderful work the Black Dog Institute does supporting people battling mental health and promoting good mental health in Australia, I will be running 57kms on my birthday. 57km will take me from my home town in Ocean Grove to Aireys Inlet

So, help support a fantastic charity whilst acknowledging that mental health effects many people.
