In 2016 I suffered bad injuries BASE jumping in Italy. Came close to dying and 3yrs, 3 operations later and a muscle transplant to save my leg I'm %90 recovered but not mentally. I still struggle with PTDS and it's changed me in more ways than 1 .... I had days where I wanted to end it but a phone call from a good mate (Thorpe) 1 day kicked me in the ass and made me start a full transformation. Into the gym I went and did away with drugs and alcohol. I'm now at a great place in my life with amazing family and friends and even pulled on the step dad boots... Life is great but I still have my flash backs and bad days. I and I'm sure a lot of you out there know some1 struggling with mental health and have lost mates to suicide as I have. A few months ago I did the mullet for mental health through Black Dog Institute and am now taking it to the next step. In August I'll be attending Rel Week in Darwin, a skydiving boogie held every 2 years. DPC DPC DPC you'll hear chanted for 7 days straight. I'm organising a world record 1st for most mullets in freefall and hoping to get a full plane load 16-18 way formation skydive nailed by guys and girls sporting a luscious mullet hair style raising funds for mental health along the way....
