Bear Crawling for Mental Health research

On 6-May-2022, I will be breaking the world record of the longest distance Bear Crawled ever.

My target is 50 Km, and the current record is 42.2 Km

I want to do my part in raising awareness on mental health issues and will donate all funds to The Black Dog Institute's research programs.

Personally, fitness has been a channel for me to strengthen my mental health and gain resilience in all aspects of life.

Hello crew! I finished my Bear Crawling event, 20 Kms and 23 Hrs. Even though I did not complete the task (50 kms), I am happy and satisfied with what I accomplished. As an athlete, I did everything I could, I gave it all until I did not have anything left in the tank. Personally, I confirmed that the people around me is the right one, I love you all and thank you for being with me during this amazing moment in my life. Rest assured that I will rest up and get back to it very soon... because I'm going to achieve this. Cheers! The Green Chimp

Hello crew, #gat The date is getting closer. In exactly 4-weeks time, I would be doing the most difficult, and amazing, physical activity I have ever attempted.... so far. I will Bear Crawl 50 kms for Mental Health Research. My training load will decrease within the next two weeks and then I would be resting for 10+ days until 6-May Stay tuned for more updates. I jumped on a treadmill and set it to 1.7 and 2 Km/h and Bear Crawled for 40 minutes and I felt great.

Monday 7th Mar
Hello team!

On Sunday 06-March I Bear Crawled 7.91 Kms in 6 hrs and I learned so much from it. I wanted to Bear Crawl 10 Kms but due to having some soreness in my left rear delt I had to stop, however, I felt so great.

First time Bear Crawling with my hands taped and it was a good experience.

Let's rest up and I'll get back to it in a couple of weeks.

Hello crew,

This is the first update I'm adding to the page.

My very first plan is to Bear Crawl a 10Km route 5 times, however, I have put together a 5Km and a 2.5Km; just in case I need to go to my HQ more often.

I'm still confirming the routes - as in running them-  and making sure the distance is correct.
