Tuesday 8th Aug Hi there, I have struggled the black dog on and off for years and then 2 years ago slide into a dark place, then when trying to work through it the wife left me. That day was an incredibly hard day to get through and it could have gone in a different direction however I reached out, screamed out and got help. Working through it is such a better solution.
