Grow the fro for Bro!
The People have spoken! It is time to grow the fro.
'Grow the fro for Bro' is my spin on the Black Dog Institute's 'Mullets for Mental Health' initiative. I have never liked the idea of having anything besides a fresh, short haircut but your mental health matters to me so why not.
I am challenging myself to grow a fro for the next 11 months, to show anyone around me that there isn't anything uncomfortable, insignificant or off limits when it comes to talking to me about your mental well-being.

My Updates
3 months in, and I feel better for it.
Wednesday 9th Feb I do feel better for it. I think that there are so many ways to do our part, to build awareness. I am fortunate enough to find a way that serves as a daily reminder. Our amazing community has donated over $480 to my initiative and I couldn't be more grateful.

Thursday 6th Jan I am just over the two month mark and the fro is coming along slowly but surely. I don't do well with long hair but I am learning how to be comfortable with the uncomfortable parts of life.Thank you to my Sponsors
