Harry and Mik’s Sober October
This year we’re doing Sober October again!
We’re raising money for mental health, and donating to the Black Dog Institute.
The Black Dog Institute helps Australians who are suffering from mental health conditions.
8.6 Australians die every day from suicide, and 20% or 4.8 million people in this country are affected by mental health conditions.
The Black Dog Institute provides funding and treatment for Australians who are suffering from mental health conditions.
This October (which is also mental health month), Harry and Mikayla are doing Sober October to raise money for the Black Dog Institute, to help with the treatment and prevention of mental health conditions in Australia.
Any little bit helps, and even if you’re struggling or the belt is a bit tight at the moment, a message of encouragement is helps!
