Mental illness doesn’t discriminate – it affects 1 in 5 Australians every year with symptoms like depression and anxiety. The impact can be devastating, not only for those living with it, but for those around them.
Black Dog Institute is the only medical research institute in Australia to investigate mental health across the lifespan. Their aim is to create a mentally healthier world for everyone.
On Friday, the 10th of May 2024, SEDA College WA staff and students created an annual fundraising event in memory of Alumni Student Isaac, who sadly passed away due to his mental health.

Isaac Branch Day 2025
Friday 30th May To honour Isaac's memory and support the Black Dog Institute, an organisation he was passionate about, this year on the 20th of June, SEDA College WA staff and students will host a "Favourite Sports Team Top Day" and morning tea.
