That’s why I’m getting active and raising funds for the Black Dog Institute - to support crucial mental health research and support services that help Australians impacted by mental illness and suicide.

The big run!
Saturday 25th Jan Unfortunately due to a hamstring injury at kay 35 I was unable to finish the whole 50km ultramarathon. I was able to do these things:
Get around me as I run my first ever race! A 50km ultramarathon!
Saturday 4th Jan I recently had a massive loss in my life as my father committed suicide on November the 19th. I now want to do my part to help men’s mental health become a regular conversation and I’d like to do my part for suicide prevention. Let’s get this topic spoken about but more importantly let’s get men to talk about their issues freely and without judgement of being weak or unmanly.Thank you to my Sponsors
