This year, I’m attempting another run to raise money for the Black Dog Institute. On the 1st of February, I’ll be running 100kms (30 laps) of Centennial Park — doubling the distance from my last run, though this time without the weighted vest. After a hiatus due to almost tearing my hip flexor off completely during my last charity run, I’m eager to get back out there for another slog and to raise as much money as possible for this important cause.
Anyone is welcome to join me for a few laps! I wouldn't ask you to run the full thing with me though.
