Running from Melbourne to Sydney

Help me make it meaningful

After losing both my parents, my world completely changed. I tried to carry on as if everything was fine, but inside, I was breaking. I didn’t understand how to get help or even that I needed it. For a long time, I believed it was me against the world.

Over time, I found my outlet in running and fitness. It became my way of processing pain, clearing my mind, and rebuilding myself piece by piece. Every run, every workout, became more than just physical; it was therapy. It taught me resilience, discipline, and the power of showing up for myself, even on the hardest days.

With time, I realised that no one should ever have to face their struggles alone. Mental health support shouldn’t be a privilege it’s something everyone deserves access to. The right help, at the right time, can change a life. It can save one.

That’s why this fundraiser means so much to me. It’s not just about the challenge it’s about making a difference. It’s about breaking the stigma, starting conversations, and raising awareness so that others don’t have to walk the same path in silence.

Together, we can help more people find the support & strength.
