Mental Health Matters!

Hello everyone!

This October is Depression and Mental Health Awareness month. I was inspired by Katherine Ryan and have decided to join her in running/walking 140km this month to help spread awareness and raise money.

Mental Health is a subject close to my heart, as it is something I have personally struggled with. Without the support and help from those close to me, I wouldn't be here today ✨️.

Tragically, I have also witnessed the devastating impact Mental health struggles have on others. Let's remember the people we have lost and raise awareness for those still struggling ❤️.

It affects people of all ages, genders and ethnicities and does not discriminate.
