Suicide and mental health awareness
Thursday 16th Mar Mental health issues like depression and anxiety can cause people to lose their lives to suicide or drugs and alcohol addictions. The Black Dog Institute is a resource used by people who suffer and are in need of guidance when in crisis.I am travelling around Australia with my dog named Jax in my car and camper trailer, raising awareness and hopefully some money towards a cause that will actually help people.
No donation is too small and just know that you are donating towards a reputable organisation who will actually put the money to amazing use!
