Let's Laugh Together For Better Mental Health
Mental illness doesn’t discriminate – it affects 1 in every 8 people globally with rates of anxiety and depression significantly increasing over the past few years. This is having a devastating impact, not only for those living with a mental illness, but also for the wider community.
What if I told you there is a quick, fun, and playful way to improve your mental health? Did you know engaging in laughter encourages the release of the happy neurochemicals in your brain helping you feel more joyful, relaxed, and happier, as well as reducing stress, anxiety, and depression?
Sunday 5th May is World Laughter Day and you're invited to experience a Joyful Laughter session hosted by Jess Brain (yes, really!) and her therapy pet duck, Eric, as they raise money for the Black Dog Institute - mental health medical research and services to support those impacted by mental illness.
Join us at Bondi Beach on Sunday 5th May at 2:26pm sharp for a Laughter Flash Mob. Invite your friends, family, and anyone you know who loves to laugh.
Let's create a ripple effect of joy and positive energy in the world together.
Please donate to this worthy cause. Thank you!

This is such a fantastic idea Jess! I will do my best to get as many people along as possible! See you this Sunday on the 5th!
We should have shared a glass of Pol Roger today in honour of Winston Churchill! Next time. And thanks so much Jess for a great afternoon at Bondi.
