Help me make it meaningful

December can be one of the toughest months of the year for many people. Behind the Christmas and New Year celebrations, countless Australians are dealing with stress, loneliness, and mental health struggles that often go unseen.

Mental illness doesn’t discriminate — it affects 1 in 5 Australians every year, impacting not just the individual, but their families, friends, and whole communities.

This December, I’m taking meaningful action.

I’m challenging myself to complete 300,000 steps over the month to raise funds for the Black Dog Institute and support their vital mental health research, support programs, and suicide prevention services.

Every step I take is for someone who’s struggling.

Every dollar donated helps create hope, support, and change.

If you’re able to contribute, please donate.

Thank you for your support. 🙏
