In memory of a loved one

My name is Keshia, I lost my twin brother, Chris, to a mental illness. He was just 34 years old, and though his journey was marked by struggle, he was so much more than his pain. He had a beautiful soul. 

I am raising funds for this charity to help other families in the near future.

Mental illness doesn’t discriminate – it affects 1 in 5 Australians every year. The impact can be devastating, not only for those living with it, but for those around them.

Black Dog Institute is the only medical research institute in Australia to investigate mental health across the lifespan. Their aim is to create a mentally healthier world for everyone.
