Mannix College Hair for Mental Health
Mental health challenges touch all of us – it affects 1 in 5 Australians every year with symptoms like depression and anxiety, and it doesn't discriminate. The toll it takes is profound, not only on those who battle it, but also on their loved ones.
This year, united with my fellow Mannixians, I'm choosing to make a difference by raising funds for the Black Dog Institute. With each dollar we raise, we're contributing to vital research and support services that offer solace to Australians impacted by mental health struggles and the shadows of suicide.
I'm personally reaching out to you because I believe we possess the power to enact positive change in our community. Together, we can ensure that everyone finds the support they need to live their lives to the fullest.
