Help me make it meaningful
Hi guys!
As some of you would know mens mental health is something that is very close to my heart. Having dealt with it my whole life, i’ve always wanted to do something like this and now feels like the right time. Suicide is the leading cause of death for young Australians (15-24years) with 80?ing men. Unfortunately a lot of blokes either don’t talk about it or feel alone in their own battles everyday.
To raise awareness on the 3rd of February myself, Livinloose, Sam’sautodetailing, Lovellsspecialproducts, TouringTides and Eliteautotouring will be hosting a car meet out on Stockton beach. There will be a few prizes to be won through a raffle and also a barbecue, where all proceeds will be donated to the blackdog institute. So please come out and see some cool cars, meet some like minded people and donate to a great cause.
I really hope that we can destroy the stigma associated with mental health. If I can make at least one persons day a bit better from this then the day will be a success.
