Our Women’s Wellbeing Wednesday Event is an opportunity for you to immerse yourself in a morning dedicated to prioritising health and happiness. 


The purpose of the FREE event is to bring women together to engage in mindful movement activities facilitated by The Wellness Event Co. The session is titled "Mindful Movements", a mind -body approach to fusion belly dance. Focusing on internal body awareness and movement education. This workshop helps to connect back to a calm and joyful state, release tension and stress from the body and involves paying attention to breath, sensations and emotional wellbeing. Also learning new movements, breath awareness for grounding, simple fusion belly dance combinations and effortless stretches. These activities are aimed at providing women with strategies to engage in selfcare & wellness practices. 


Our "Mindful Movements" session will run for no more than 40 minutes, and you are invited to join us for a morning tea after the session, the morning will be a free event.
