We are a team of four, consisting of three 'hoomans' and a miniature Dachshund Millie, standing up to join Team Black Dog to turn ground breaking research into life saving action.
We are cycling around Tasmania with Millie riding in her basket, breathing in the fresh Tassie air (did anybody say roaring 40's!) and camping under the stars whilst raising money for the Black Dog Institute.
Whilst Millie, our brown dog, doesn’t bite, 1 in 5 Australians every year are bitten by the black dog, with the most common being depression and anxiety. Mental illness doesn’t discriminate. We know it affects people from all walks of life — individuals, families, workplaces and communities.
