Mental Health; Let's have the conversation...
In memory of the tragic loss of the devoted mother of Tahlia and Myah, beloved sister of Emma, Sophie and Kathleen and adored daughter of Pamela and Colin we are wanting to raise money and awareness for Black Dog Institute and the work they do to help those suffering with mental illnesses.
Mental illness affects 1 in 5 Australians every year, with the most common being depression and anxiety. Mental illness doesn’t discriminate. It affects people from all walks of life — individuals, families, workplaces and communities.
We hope that the loss of our mother can make a positive difference to at least one other person and can help with proactive movements for change moving forward regarding mental illness and addiction.
