Help me make it meaningful
Hello! I’m Méabh and on the 11th of May I will be cutting off all of my hair to donate and raise money for some charities that are close to my heart.
One of these is Black Dog Institute who provide support for those who struggle with significant mental health challenges and mood disorders including depression, anxiety and bipolar disorder. They aim to advance understanding, prevention and treatment through a variety of evidence-informed programs, resources and clinical services.
Through the utilisation of digital tools and innovation, Black Dog Institute addresses new challenges and opportunities in mental health in order to improve upon diagnosis, treatment and prevention. With their commitment to suicide prevention, learning from lived experience and support of youth and workplace mental health, they continue to create a positive impact.
This is an opportunity for me to help and contribute as much as I can for an important cause that affects so many. Also, every donation of $2 and above is tax deductible.
