In May 2022 Harry, Hamish, Ness, Cam & Em-J are either running or swimming ultra distances to help Team Black Dog turn ground breaking research into life saving action. We will be taking on these physical challenges and motivating each other along the way.

On this epic weekend, Harry, Ness & Em-J will start on Saturday & be smashing ultra marathon distances (100km elevation 4,460m or 50km elevation 2,450m) running through the Blue Mountains! The next day Cam & Hamish are diving into a marathon swim (10km) through the rough water of Sydney from Bondi, through the heads and to Watsons Bay!
Mental illness affects 1 in 5 Australians every year, with the most common being depression and anxiety. Mental illness doesn’t discriminate. It affects people from all walks of life — individuals, families, workplaces and communities.
