Hello everybody! I'm currently on a mission to help shine some light on men's mental health and to help promote that "it's not weak to speak". I'm going to be cycling from Sydney to Port Macquarie and back which is approximately 900km on bicycle in September to help out my mates who need it the most.
There is a stigma about males not being able to bring up their feelings, and they end up in a downward spiral in their mental health. I myself have battled mental health issues and still currently am. It astounds me that there are plenty of men out there who are still afraid to speak up, especially when they need it the most to reach out.
