Fighting against Mental Illness!
I'm standing up and undertaking the Wimp 2 Warrior Challenge to help the Black Dog Insitute turn ground breaking research into life saving action and bring the fight to Mental Illness!
What is Wimp 2 Warrior?
Wimp 2 Warrior is an intense, 5 month MMA training program in which I am pushed both mentally and physically in order to prepare myself to step into the Octagon and compete in an MMA fight.
The training is intense with 5am starts five days a week and a strict diet regime in order to meet the weight requirements of the fight in October. I am doing this to help fundraise for Black Dog Institute's mental health research and support programs and to do my part to help fight mental illness!
