75% of mental health issues begin before the age of 25, which shows how important it is to look after our mental health from a young age.
I’m shaving my head for the Black Dog Institute because I want to help raise awareness and show my support for people who may be struggling. I think everyone should feel comfortable talking about their mental health and know that they have people around them who care.
Shaving my head is a big change for me, but I’m proud to do it for a cause that can make a real difference. I hope that by doing this, I can help start conversations and remind people that they don’t have to go through difficult times alone.
