Mental illness doesn’t discriminate – it affects 1 in 5 Australians every year with symptoms like depression and anxiety. The impact can be devastating, not only for those living with it, but for those around them.
That’s why I’m getting active and raising funds by attempting to travel a total 300km over the month of September. Whether it be by walking, running, cycling or even rowing every km will count!
To encourage donations I am creating milestones

$2000: I will increase my travel goal to 450km over the month of September
$3000: I will dye blonde highlights or frosted tips into my hair
$4000: I will get a perm
