My name is Oliver Oh, and I'm standing up to join Team Black Dog to turn ground breaking research into life saving action.
I have chosen to do this because I have seen countless men struggle with mental illness. It is truly saddening to see so many men brought down by mental health issues and feel there is no way out. I'm positive you are in contact with at least 20 men with mental health issues, but some you may not know because so many suffer in silence.
I want to make sure everyone knows that you should speak out and no matter how impossible it seems to get out of that pit of mental doubt, if you just keep digging or even ask others to help, you can get out.
