Men’s mental health is a topic avoided by most men and that avoidance reason it is so destructive. By doing this ride I hope more then anything that it sparks a conversation of what I’m doing and why I’m doing it that leads to a simple “how you been doing “ or a simple “love ya man” on the back end of a phone call. I’ve been through personal mental battles as well as a lot of mates and family and because of this I know the toll it can take on people and those around them.
So 1st of April, I plan on raising 50k cause go big or go home. The charities I am raising money for are talk2mebro and black dog institute. Both great charities making moves on the mend to men’s mental health and charities I am stoked on riding for.
