Help me make it meaningful
This september I have decided to create a fundraiser for mental health. It is an issue that is close to my heart, and an issue that needs to be fixed.
I am extremely grateful for the friends and family that I am surrounded by, and the thought of them having to fight battles by themselves hurts me. There is a huge stigma around mental health, especially for men around my age, and even though you may think someone is okay, you will never know until you ask.
This little initiative can go a long way in helping raise awareness around mental health, so if you can spare any amount of money, It would be immensely appreciated. If you can't donate, I ask for you to at least check up on your mates and ask how they are going.
