Day 29 of 30. Thank you to everyone for your generous donations to a cause very close to my heart! I hope that this has atleast put a thought into peoples minds to check in with friends and family's. Overwhelmed with the donations over doubling what I set out to do so again to everyone who donated a huge thanks and thank you to everyone for the words of encouragement along the way certainly wouldnt of got the kms done without it..  please remember to reach out to all loved ones from time to. Thanks everyone for the kind donations, the riding is on track, the next few days look a bit miserable but I have A bike trainer at home that turns my bike into a stationary exercise bike so will pump out some good numbers over next couple of days without having to deal with the stop starting of traffic and inclines etc! Even though the goal amount has be hit I, still ask whoever can to reshare the page as spreading awareness is just as vital as any donations :) thanks again Paul x

Hi everyone, I would like to start off by thanking you for taking the time to have a look at this important issue that is really close to my, and so many others hearts. 
As some of you are aware, I was blessed enough to have two of the best mates anyone could ever ask for. Everyone who was lucky enough to know Adam or Marty can attest to the quality of people that they were and my life will forever be fuller for having them be part of it. 
Sadly they were taken from us all way to soon, which will forever leave a pain in our hearts. 
To raise much needed awareness for an organisation which do so much good, In supporting people with depression and anxiety, I have set myself a challenge for 30 days, cycling a minimum of 17km a day, which works out to be a little over 500km in total.
My goal is to raise as much awareness as possible to support and help the Black Dog Institute and all their amazing work in hopes that it will help others, by raising awareness, to treat, manage and prevent common mental health conditions and suicide in workplaces, schools, health settings and the wider community and to also avoid this unnecessary loss of many loved friends and family.
Please find it in your hearts to donate, any donation large or small will be extremely appreciated!
I understand that many of us, in these trying times may not be in a financial position to donate, and that is totally ok, but please share the link below so we can reach as many people as possible, and help bring awareness to this issue that is so close to many of our hearts.
