Mental Health is a cause that is dear to our hearts, and we want to do what we can to help Team Black Dog turn ground breaking research into life saving action.
Mental illness affects 1 in 5 Australians every year, with the most common being depression and anxiety. Mental illness doesn’t discriminate. It affects people from all walks of life — individuals, families, workplaces and communities.
PLAN Australia is taking part in a walking challenge throughout September to raise funds for this amazing organisation.
Each of us will set our own walking goal, and aim to smash that goal!
