Running Up A Really Big Hill

I'm standing up to join Team Black Dog to turn ground breaking research into life saving action.
Mental illness affects 1 in 5 Australians every year, with the most common being depression and anxiety. Mental illness doesn’t discriminate. It affects people from all walks of life — individuals, families, workplaces and communities.
On Tuesday 16 August I'll be hiking up Pen y Fan in the Brecon Beacons in Wales - the highest mountain in southern Britain. Depending on weather the hike will take approximately two and half hours to complete. It's a moderate to strenuous hike for 4 miles / 6.4 KM, 886m above sea level.
If you'd like to join please drop me a message.
Please donate today - such an important cause!
Thank you and see you at the top!
