Help me create a mentally healthier world!
I'm standing up to join Team Black Dog to turn ground breaking research into life saving action.
Mental illness affects 1 in 5 Australians every year, with the most common being depression and anxiety. Mental illness doesn’t discriminate. It affects people from all walks of life — individuals, families, workplaces and communities.
I plan to spend a couple of months in 2021 completing a Bicycle Tour around Australia.
I am embarking on this adventure to help raise awareness for Men's Mental Health. I have suffered myself with mental health issues like anxiety & depression & have always found cycling has helped me deal with the issues I have had happening in my life over the years & believe that it is now time for me to put my time & efforts into a good cause like Black Dog Institute.

I shared your page on Facebook Rob. I think it was you I saw on the far south coast of NSW. If not, doesn't matter, I saw a massive effort put in and want to encourage you. Congratulations on wading through the mud of mental health and making it to the shallows where you can help others out. Resilience is a product of hope and persistence and you've got it all. Love your work. Very important.
