Mullet for mental health

I'm all ears for Black Dog Institute's Mullets for Mental Health. 

1 in 5 of us will experience symptoms of mental illness in any given year. In Australia that’s around 5 million people. And roughly 60% of these people won’t seek help.

During this pandemic and with lockdowns mental health has taken a battering for many and with hairdressers closed so has our hair. So if I'm going to look scruffy I might as well use it to raise money for an important and very relevant cause.

Somehow I've let my sister Zoe convince me to let her get my mullet started until the hairdresser reopens. 

I will attempt that by the end of September I be sporting a mullet or the start of one at least and raising funds to show support for mental health research.

Mullet month has officially come to an end and I'm incredibly grateful for your support! You helped me raise $1106.4, and it's not too late to donate! This will fund Black Dog Institute's life-saving mental health support services and research. 
This picture was taken today after Zoe gave me another neaten up!! Looking forward to the Barber shops opening up soon 😉

This will go towards making a difference in providing resources to kids at schools and throughout the community.

Well Zoe did better than we expected 😊
As far as 'business up the front and party at the back goes' there's still a fair bit of party to grow yet, but it's already starting to take shape 👌
