We carry you with us always, everywhere we go.

It is with heavy hearts we say goodbye to our son, brother, nephew, cousin, uncle, and friend Ryan James Grant.

Ryan has always been an incredibly active advocate for mental health awareness - so in his honour, please spread the word and donate to The Black Dog Institute to support the ongoing development of mental health services.

Not a day goes by that we don't think of Ryan, he will be missed greatly by so many, and his memory will live on in all our hearts. We hope we can make him proud.

Black Dog Institute is the only medical research institute in Australia to investigate mental health across the lifespan, their aim is to create a mentally healthier world for everyone.
