100 Walks with 100 Friends

Help me make it meaningful

This year I started out with a goal to do 30 walks with 30 friends- just hit that milestone on the weekend and it’s only April. So now I’m gonna up the ante and aim for 💯! Maybe gonna need to find some friends 😂😂

A big part of why I decided to do this in the first place was to prioritise my mental health by getting out in nature and focusing on fitness more. However, the greater impact has been the honest and open conversations I’ve had which I think go a lot further in supporting one another through tough times. 

Another shout out for anyone who’s keen on joining me for an outing- you’re all more than welcome! No walk is too long or short, it’s all about the time together and we can go at your pace. 

Loving exploring new places, so happy to come to you or travel somewhere else. Especially eager to see more of Victoria. Dogs are also welcome, but not a necessity.
