Help me make it meaningful
Suicide is the leading cause of death for Australians between 15 and 44 years of age. In Australia, 2,384 men commit suicide every year, as male suicide continues to be the leading killer of Australian men under the age of 55.
On December 18, I will be doing 2,384 pull ups in a 24 hour period to represent every man who passes away due to suicide in Australia each year. I am aiming to raise $1 for every pull up I manage to do. But I need your help! Please make a donation to support my efforts and help me reach my goal.
If I feel good, I will keep going to reach the total of 3,249 suicides in one year in Australia. I want it to be tough, I want to have to dig deep to get this done. After all life is not always easy. So many times, we must dig deep to overcome challenges both physical and mental. Both are equally as tough, but somehow the mental ones just don’t get talked about enough.
